Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.

Use of Services

CabinMate provides dedicated study and workspaces. By using our services, you agree to:

• Not engage in any activity that disrupts the experience of others or damages our property
• Comply with local laws and regulations when using our services

Payment and Fees

All fees for services are clearly outlined at the time of booking or membership registration. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. CabinMate reserves the right to modify pricing or services at any time, with prior notice to users.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. No Cancellation/Refund for Active Bookings
   Once a booking has commenced (i.e., the start date/time has already begun), no cancellations or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances.
2. Advance Bookings (Future Start Date)
   If a user cancels a booking before the booking start date, 70% of the total booking amount will be refunded. The remaining 30% will be retained as a cancellation charge.
3. Refund Processing Time
   Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original mode of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
   Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or convenience charges will not be refunded.
5. Modification Policy
   Once a booking is confirmed, date changes are not permitted. Users will need to cancel (if eligible) and create a new booking.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials provided by CabinMate are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or misuse any of our content without explicit permission.

Liability

CabinMate is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs while using our services, except where required by law. Users are responsible for their personal belongings and actions while on the premises.

Termination

CabinMate reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
